to accomplish the goal. It encourages visit to industries & also
organize technical talks and national seminars to provide a plotform for
the budding engineers to intreact with professionals from various
industries. The students are trained and groomed right from the first
year under the supervision of professional teachers with industrial
background ACEM has planned 100% employablity to its students.
After back to back record breaking placement seasons at the group in the last few years and continuous student feedback, the senior team at ACEM has taken an initiative to streamline the entire process of Training and Placements. The team at ACEM has involved large number of Senior Academicians and Industry experts to brain storm and discuss the required skill sets that a student requires to get placed in the top notch companies.Based on the recommendations of the expert team, the Training and Placement Program works on the primary objective of making the students Industry-ready and ensure that each member Student of this program gets quality Placement.

We at ACEM have implemented a 360º program for overall development of the students who come for education from diverse cultural backgrounds. As a result of continuous research and inputs from Key Industrial Bodies we have crafted comprehensive modules and programs for students to not only gain domain knowledge but also the skills required for making them INDUSTRY READY professionals.Placements are a benchmark to the performance of any institution, as it depicts the industrial acceptance of the institution at large. We at ACEM have implemented a 360º program for overall development of the students who come for education from diverse cultural backgrounds. As a result of continuous research and inputs from Key Industrial Bodies we have crafted comprehensive modules and programs for students to not only gain domain knowledge but also the skills required for making them INDUSTRY READY professionals.
In going with our Holistic approach to learning students at ACEM are exposed to the above modules as an integral part of the curriculum from the very first year of their education. Aptitude, Personality Development, Effective Communication and Technical Skills form four key building blocks of the Training program. ACEM has devoted a full-fledged Training Department run by professionals and trainers from the industry to ensure a smooth sail of students into the corporate world. Through this program students develop and exhibit self-confidence and a lasting commitment for personal excellence. In addition to Training, the department conducts various activities like Career guidance, Coaching, Counseling and arranges for guest lectures and workshops by industry experts for the benefit of students.
